An agent with more than 15 years of experience has joined the Chatham office of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty.

Joseph Briggs specializes in Hudson Valley country homes and weekend properties, according to a statement from the company.

William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty opened its Chatham office earlier this year “in order to strengthen the company’s commitment to serving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers throughout the Hudson Valley region,” the company said in a statement.
