Boston’s Scannell Properties has sold a warehouse it developed in South Windsor to a Massachusetts-based investor.
Scannell built the property at 240 Ellington Road in 2021 and leased it to Amazon. The 182,628-square-foot building has 39-foot ceilings and sits on nearly 16 acres, according to town property records.
Appraised at $19.6 million, it sold for $20.74 million according to a warranty deed filed with the South Windsor town clerk’s office Monday.
The buyer was an LLC that shares an address with NorthBridge Partners, a real estate investment firm based in Boston’s suburbs.
