A warehouse near the Bridgeport-Fairfield line has traded hands for $1.6 million.
The sellers of 1859 Commerce Drive were the owners of Henry Bresky & Sons, a 68-year-old family-owned food wholesaling business that’s closing.
The buyer was Yury Berson, owner of a Fairfield-based personal chef business.
The 23,652 square-foot, midcentury warehouse at the center of the deal has two drive-in doors with loading docs and an industrial cooler and freezer, and is located a stone’s throw from Interstate 95 on- and offramps.
The Bresky family was represented in the transaction by Jon Angel, president of Angel Commercial.
