A 2,800-square-foot building in Mamaroneck, formerly home to a People’s United branch, was purchased for $3.2 million.
The sale of the half-acre site at 1444 East Boston Post Road was brokered by New York City-based commercial real estate services firm Lee & Associates. The buyer was Integrity 1444 BPR LLC; the seller was BFT Holdings LLC.
“There are very few corners on Route 1 [Boston Post Road] in Westchester County that feature a drive-through lane and curb cuts, and even fewer of those that can be delivered vacant,” Ben Tapper, executive managing director at Lee & Associates NYC, said in a statement. “This sale was a great opportunity for the buyer, a local investor, to expand his portfolio with a vacant corner lot property for redevelopment.”
