A Houlihan Lawrence luxury real estate expert who can boast of helping sell several high-profile mansions in Westchester County has jumped over to William Pitt – Julia B. Fee Sotheby’s International Realty.

Anthony Cutugno made the switch after many years at Houlihan Lawrence, William Pitt – Julia B. Fee said in a statement, where he built and operated its luxury division, known as Private Brokerage.

He’ll serve Westchester and Fairfield Counties, plus the Litchfield Hills and Massachusetts’ Berkshire Mountains region.

His new brokerage said he brings a “concierge approach to service,” tailoring his role in a deal based on the needs of each agent, buyer or seller he’s working with, from crafting listing presentations and conducting client meetings to overseeing marketing or handling negotiations behind the scenes for other agents.

“I’ve always believed in connecting people,” Cutugno said in a statement. “Whether I’m working with a buyer or a seller, my clients are confident in our team’s knowledge and the strength of our network. That trust is everything in luxury real estate.”

William Pitt – Julia B. Fee credited him with key roles in the sales of the Brooke Astor estate in Briarcliff, New York, and the John Jacob Astor estate in Rhinebeck, New York where Chelsea Clinton was married, plus the $21.5 million, 2013 sale of the 101-acre Devonshire estate in Bedford Corners, New York and the $33 million, 2018 sale of Hudson Pines, the David Rockefeller estate.

“Anthony is a distinguished, accomplished professional with a reputation that speaks for itself,” Co-President and Chief Sales Officer Carolyn Fugere said in a statement. “His industry expertise, impeccable standards and dedication to excellence make him an invaluable addition to our team, further building upon the unparalleled level of service we deliver in the luxury space.”
