Meyer Jabara Hotels has been retained as property manager of the 500-room Marriott Stamford hotel following its sale earlier this month.
HD Realty Assoc. sold the hotel on Oct. 3 to Stamford Hotel Propco of New York for $31.6 million.
Located at 243 Tresser Boulevard, the hotel includes 27,000 square feet of function space including 18 meeting rooms, Agora Spa, Sam’s American Bistro, Northern Lights Bar and The Grind coffeehouse.
Danbury-based MJH has served as the property manager for more than 20 years.
“Meyer Jabara Hotels is pleased to retain the management contract for this landmark hotel with its established business base in the city of Stamford. It continues to stand as a hospitality hub in downtown Stamford,” General Manager Mark Ranieri said in a statement.
