A light industrial building in Madison has sold for $2.12 million.
Located less than 1 mile from Madison Center, the 41,718-square-foot building sits on 4 acres at 14 New Road.
Built in 1970 and with 15-foot wall heights and a loading dock, the building was last sold in 2014 for $2 million.
The buyer, Precision X-Ray, was represented by Fred Messore of Colonial Properties, while the seller, Stone Heron LLC, was represented by John Keogh of Colliers International. The buyer’s attorney was R. Eugene Torrenti from Hamden; the seller’s attorney was Brenton Elliot with Jacoby, Case & Sperazini, P.C. in Milford.
