A new analysis of real estate sales reported by the New York Times has found about one in four New York City luxury condominium units remain unsold despite a continued building boom in the city.
More than 16,200 condo units have been built across 682 new buildings since 2013, the paper reported.
Connecticut market-watchers previously told The Commercial Record that institutional investors were beginning to search Connecticut for projects in response to softness in the New York market.
