SBA: Disaster Loans Available For Nonprofits

The U.S. Small Business Administration announced that certain private nonprofit organizations in Connecticut that do not provide critical services of a governmental nature may be eligible to apply for low interest rate disaster loans. These loans are available as a result of a presidential disaster declaration for public assistance resulting from damages caused by the February blizzard.

Infinity Music Hall Hartford Breaks Ground

Construction on Infinity Music Hall Hartford kicked off this week, with the project expected to be finished later this year or early 2014. The hall, which will include a bistro for dining, is the second music and dining venue to be opened by founder and owner Dan Hincks and is one of several new revitalization initiatives on Hartford’s Front Street.
