Buonfiglio Receives Weichert Sales Award

Louis Buonfiglio Jr. of Weichert Realtors Regional Properties in Orange has received the Excellence in Sales Award from the New England Broker’s Council of Weichert Realtors.

He achieved the honors of “Top Listing Sales Associate” and “Top Overall Sales Associate” for the second consecutive year.

Chozick Brokers Two Multifamily Sales

Rick Chozick of Chozick Realty recently completed two multifamily sales. The Regency Ridge Apartments in Waterbury sold for $2.3 million and 26-30 Sherman St. in Hartford sold for $880,000.

Regency Ridge is a 36-unit apartment complex constructed in 1969. The three-building complex has 12 two-bedroom units and 24 one-bedroom apartments situated on a 1.79-acre site.

State Lagging in Eminent Domain Reform

Burt Honored as H. Pearce’s Top Producer

H. Pearce Real Estate Co.’s Mary Jane Burt, who works out of the firm’s New Haven office, was the company’s top producer for the first quarter of 2007.

Burt topped the company’s 150-plus residential and commercial sales associates based on commission earnings. Finishing second among all active associates was Julie Gaughran Etes of the Guilford office.
